Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project teams through all stages of the construction lifecycle—from design development to handover.

Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution of high-rise construction projects.

Develop, monitor, and update integrated master programmes and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.

Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.

Minimum 15 years of experience in the building construction industry, with at least 8 years managing complex, fast-track high-rise projects.

Strong leadership and a proven track record of project delivery.

Expertise in project planning tools and methodologies, with hands-on experience in developing and updating master programmes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

PMP or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
