Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager (CSA) will lead the full lifecycle of hyperscale data center construction projects, focusing on Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works. This role requires strong leadership in managing design coordination, construction execution, and delivery within schedule, budget, and quality objectives. The incumbent will work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of CSA works for hyperscale data centers and other large-scale industrial projects.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.

Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Drive effective communication and progress alignment among stakeholders.

Design & Technical Coordination

Review and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings for constructability and design intent.

Coordinate closely with consultants, MEP teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical and interface issues.

Manage design changes and ensure accurate implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

Financial & Risk Management

Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to achieve financial objectives.

Review and prepare variation orders, claims, and other contractual documentation.

Identify potential project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

Maintain robust QA/QC systems in accordance with corporate and client requirements.

Ensure all works comply with relevant building codes and statutory regulations.

Stakeholder & Team Management

Lead, coach, and mentor project teams to achieve performance excellence.

Serve as the main liaison between clients, consultants, and internal departments.

Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale CSA projects — preferably data centers, industrial, or healthcare facilities.

Strong technical expertise in civil, structural, and architectural works with solid understanding of design coordination and construction sequencing.

Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
