Lead end-to-end project management across the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage and strengthen client relationships through clear communication, consistent updates, and proactive issue resolution.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact and ensure continuity.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder updates.
Partner with sales and solutioning teams to support RFP responses, proposal creation, and client presentations.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during the course of project execution.
Analyze client needs, translate them into actionable business solutions, and contribute to the solution design process.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to drive repeat business and long-term collaboration.
