Qualifications

• Valid CIDB Green Card and knowledge of OSHA regulations are required.

Job description

To oversee and manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of development and construction projects on site, ensuring completion within the stipulated time, budget, and quality standards, while complying with all statutory and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall site management and implementation of the project in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, work programs, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to track progress and address issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate contractor performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Liaise with consultants and relevant authorities for inspections and approvals and to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Lead the site project team, provide guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure team efficiency and morale.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and progress updates to immediate superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Possess at least 10 years of project management and on‑site experience within the property development or construction industry, with a proven track record in handling large‑scale mixed development / high‑rise / infrastructure projects.
• Solid knowledge of project and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Possess a valid CIDB Green Card and knowledge of OSHA regulations.
