A prominent technology service provider in Malaysia seeks a professional to enhance SCM operations through IT automation and tool implementation. The role involves liaising with internal IT teams, managing projects, and drafting user requirements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in IT and at least 4-5 years' experience in the IT field along with proficiency in tools like PowerBI and Python. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment supporting operational improvements.
Liaise with internal IT team (WYMY & WYHQ) for SCM daily operation automation improvement (system & report).
Continue seeking, propose and execute improvement possibility for SCM operation through implementation of IT related tools and knowledge (including but not limited to the use of python, powerBI, power Automate, SQL).
Manage and owned the cross-function project.
Data Management and Maintain Automated Report
Ongoing UAT new system and debug with WYMY & WYHQ IT team
Able to draft user requirement (IT related) after collect the info from SCM member.
Able to complete given tasks under reasonable time frame.
Support SCM member on IT related issue.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience in the IT field, including project management.
Proficiency in experience in using Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Power Automate, Power BI, Communication, SQL, Python.
