Job summary

A leading property development company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Project Executive to oversee development projects from planning to construction. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage project budgets, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in project management. Knowledge of AutoCAD and the QLASSIC system is advantageous.

Job description
Senior Project Executive (Property Development)

Leading development projects from planning and design phases through construction and handover.

Coordinating and monitoring project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution within budget and approved timeframe.

Developing and implementing detailed project plans and schedules.

Design and Planning Coordination:

Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure design and construction meet specifications and quality standards.

Managing the preparation and submission of plans (e.g., layout, infrastructure, building plans) to authorities.

Conducting checking on sales and purchase (S&P) plans and specifications.

Regulatory Compliance & Approvals:

Liaising with government and local authorities (e.g., for utility connections, planning approvals, building regulations).

Ensuring compliance with local zoning, building regulations, and environmental standards.

Budget and Cost Control:

Monitoring project costs, tracking expenditures, and ensuring profitability to avoid cost overruns.

Overseeing all development purchasing and invoicing requirements.

Quality Assurance:

Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure construction quality standards are met.

Ensuring quality and compliance of show units/mock-up units.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor Degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Quantity Surveying.

Experience minimum of 5 years in the development process and its related matters, inclusive of project management, authority compliance, and planning coordination.

Knowledge of the QLASSIC system will be an advantage.
