Job description

To supervise and inspect all of the M&E works to ensure that all M&E works are complying to the contract specifications/contract drawings/approved shop drawings and other requirements.

To conduct and to carry out CPC inspection with contractor.

To monitor and report work progress of all M&E works and activities.

To inspect incoming materials and equipment to ensure that all materials and equipment delivered are complying to the contract specifications/approved samples/catalogues and inspection test plan.

To monitor and follow-up all Testing & Commissioning to be carried out by contractor.

Properly documenting and managing of all Test & Commissioning and inspection records according to ISO and PQP procedures.

Job requirements

Knowledge in slope strengthening works, infrastructure, structural, architectural and M&E works

Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

Posses good supervision skill and quality awareness

Able to work under pressure and within tight datelines

Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related disciplines

At least 7 years of experiences in mixed commercial projects
