Job description
Responsibilities

Participate in the overall project planning process from inception to completion.

Liaise with consultants, internal departments, and contractors regarding scheduling, design, budgeting, quality control approval, and progress claim certificates.

Receive and issue documents under transmittal, both externally and internally, in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures.

Coordinate with team members to optimize departmental operational efficiency.

Maintain and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the database.

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports as required by management.

Ensure that all documents are error-free before submission to any party.

Ensure that all documents (e.g., projects or engineering) are thoroughly checked and submitted on time, prior to the document submission due date.

Ensure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to appropriate staff, contractors, suppliers, etc., as applicable.

Manage the receipt and dispatch of mail and correspondence, including registration and filing.

Ensure proper filing and organization of records and documents.

Record and file all documentation exchanged between the department, contractors, suppliers, consultants, etc.

Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field.

Possess sound knowledge and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with strong client-facing capabilities and the ability to motivate teams to meet tight deadlines.

A team player who is also capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel.

A pleasant disposition, resourcefulness, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and take on additional responsibilities for professional growth.
