Job description

Project Manager - Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee and manage all aspects of site planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards.
• Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance: Rigorously enforce adherence to ID drawings, specifications, and industry safety regulations, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds company standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, interior designers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
• Project Documentation & Reporting: Accurately maintain and manage all project-related documentation, including permits, contracts, inspection reports, drawings, progress photos, and other relevant records, ensuring compliance and facilitating project tracking and audits.
