Job summary

A growing engineering company located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Engineer to propose M&E designs and manage engineering projects. You will prepare drawings, coordinate with clients, and monitor junior engineers. A degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in construction are required. Responsibilities

• Proposing M&E designs for commercial buildings and residential towers.
• Preparing engineering drawings as per customer's specifications.
• Project management and subordinate coordination.
• Reviewing design optimization and providing technical support.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

Job description

Proposing M&E designs according to recognized engineering standard and following Malaysian rules and regulations for commercial buildings, malls and residential towers.

Preparing engineering drawings as per customer's specification request.

Project management and subordinate coordination.

Planning, managing and scheduling project works.

Reviewing design optimization and providing technical support.

Liaising with suppliers, consultants and client authorities.

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports.

Preparing Operation and Manual (O&M).

Attend technical meeting with clients and consultant to resolve technical issues.

Lead, guide and monitor junior engineers in the team.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics) or equivalent.

Required skill(s): AutoCad.

Engineers with at least 3 years of working experience in the construction field.
