The Senior Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Project Director / Project Managers and ensuring smooth execution of project activities from initiation to completion. This role oversees documentation, monitors progress, coordinates between internal teams, suppliers, and clients, and ensures all project requirements are delivered on time, within scope, and according to company standards.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in construction, interior fit-out, or cabinetry/joinery industry.
  • Strong understanding of project workflow, including design, shop drawings, material procurement, site coordination, fabrication, installation, and handover.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project documentation, reporting, method statements, and site procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project scheduling tools, and basic drawing review (AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage).
  • Experience dealing with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions.
Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination
    • Coordinate daily project activities and ensure alignment between factory and site installation teams.
    • Track project work progress, and deadlines; highlight delays early and propose corrective actions.
  2. Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain and organize all project documentation: shop drawings, material submissions, RFI, VO, meeting minutes, and reports.
    • Ensure all instructions, confirmations, and changes are properly recorded and acknowledged.
  3. Site Coordination
    • Support site team in coordinating installation works, resolving site issues, and ensuring smooth workflow.
    • Update management on site progress, constraints, and risks.
    • Ensure all work delivered meets company standards (QA/QC) and project specifications.
    • Assist Project Manager in any ad-hoc tasks related to project delivery.
