Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project management and construction management, typically 5-10 years or above.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Developing project plans, setting goals, and overseeing all aspects of construction and development.
• Managing project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Overseeing contracts with vendors and contractors, managing relationships, ensuring compliance.
• Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure projects meet established standards.
• Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration, providing guidance and support.
• Communicating project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including clients and management.
• Overseeing all construction activities, coordinating on-site work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
