Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional solution development programs from concept through market release. The role drives project planning, risk management, and governance while collaborating with R&D, Business Development, and Marketing teams.

The position requires strong technical aptitude, exceptional leadership, and a proven track record delivering complex hardware, software, and solution development projects in a fast-paced innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in electrical/electronic/computer engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in product development, engineering program management, or R&D project management.
• Experience leading complex hardware, software, firmware, or solution development projects.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional global teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution development projects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans and milestone commitments.
• Drive execution of project deliverables while balancing scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product planning, manufacturing, operations and business stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews and communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
