Job description

• Candidates must have hands-on experience in IDM/IAM engineering rather than purely IAM operations.
• Hands on IAM/IDM Engineering Lead with production support capabilities.
• Engineering responsibilities focus on managing, maintaining, troubleshooting and improving identity management tools and platforms.
• IAM operations experience limited to user access provisioning, deprovisioning and access approvals is insufficient.
• Candidates with other IAM engineering platforms will be considered, including SailPoint

Okta, Saviynt, Other comparable enterprise IDM/IAM engineering tools.

• Candidates with experience in older or newer Oracle IAM versions may also be considered.
• SQL is an important requirement as the engineer must be able to write queries and extract reports from Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of Python or Linux scripting is advantageous.
• Candidates must understand Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and its application in identity management.
• Strong fundamentals in IDM engineering are essential, even for candidates with senior-level experience.
