Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Malaysia is seeking a Planner IV to establish production build and completion plans per customer demand and to coordinate with CBO on timing.

You will track progress, release WOs, monitor AOS risks, and work with materials to expedite shortages while reporting OPS KPI such as OTD and inventory.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/Science/Math/Materials/Industrial, at least 5 years’ relevant experience, strong communication, and teamwork.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Mathematics/Materials/Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and be task oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office and related tools.
• Team player who can work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish production build and completion plan per customer demand (given from CBO).
• Ensure customer shipment is met and coordinate with CBO on crating times.
• Track and monitor production progress and update the build status into production plan.
• Ensure WO is released per plan and closed upon completion of manufacturing process.
• Monitor AOS (CTB) and highlight risks for necessary actions on mitigation.
• Anticipate risk and take upfront actions for mitigation.
• Control WIP and inventory levels on the production floor per KPI.
• Expedite critical shortages with the materials team and update ETA.
• Coordinate with ECO/CCB on cut-in dates and delivery commitments.
• Update OPS KPI: OTD, WIP inventory, shipment risk and mitigation actions.
• Support other tasks and production analysis reports as assigned.
