in Malaysia is seeking a Production Planning professional to support daily output, monitor capacity against sales orders and forecasts, and drive continuous improvement across five major production lines. You will update production data, implement visual control boards, conduct time studies, lead Kaizen initiatives, and collaborate with related departments to optimize processes and layouts.

Responsibilities

To update information of production daily output.
To update information of production capacity vs sales order & sales forecast.
To update machinery breakdown time.
To reduce production OT and increase production efficiency.
To implement visual control board for every section to monitor the production output.
To carry out monthly meeting with standard agenda.
To implement Kaizen and Innovation projects improvement.
To work together with related department or section to improve the process.
To carry out time study for individual machines and sections of the production efficiency and capacity.
To improve machinery layout and production flow when there is new model or product in production.
To calculate and monitor production target and output for all section.
To review CPAR from production and implement & review current work instruction.
To control and update drawing revision for production and filing.
To carry out daily- Production daily scheduling, weekly -Sales & Planning scheduling and monthly meeting- Monthly sales forecast.
To reduce production OT and increase production efficiency.
To provide all the forecasted sales information for material and production planning purpose by Store and Production.
Monthly Finished Production Output Report according to the set 5 major production lines.
Monthly Production Efficiency Report according to the set 5 major production lines.
To establish and implement Production Scheduling System and ensure regular close monitoring of the system implementation.
