Job summary

Quality Coils Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Senior Executive to join our Production Department in Malaysia. The role involves leading the production floor, supervising staff, solving operational issues and driving productivity improvements across the manufacturing process.

You will plan daily production activities, monitor output, ensure quality and safety, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse teams to meet schedules and produce accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
• Relevant experience in production/manufacturing is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, control and manufacturing processes.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
• Basic understanding of problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Effective communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve targets and schedules.
• Supervise and manage production personnel and manpower allocation.
• Monitor output, productivity, efficiency, scrap and downtime.
• Ensure production activities comply with procedures, quality and safety standards.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive initiatives to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and other departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare production reports and relevant documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
