Job summary

Jabil Circuit, Penang, is seeking a Production Planner / Materials Planner to drive demand planning, scheduling, and execution. You will collaborate with business units and customers to shape a reliable master schedule and monitor metrics to keep operations on track.

The role requires 3–7 years in materials planning, ERP/MRP proficiency, and strong English communication. Willingness to relocate to Penang and work in a fast-paced electronics environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Min 3-7 years of experience in materials planning or a related field.
• Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Willing to relocate and based in Penang.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Units and customers to develop and manage a demand plan.
• Create and maintain a Master Schedule through material and capacity analysis, and load it into the ERP system.
• Develop and monitor revenue forecasts, and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful execution of production plans.
• Monitor and continuously improve planning metrics.
• Comply with all company security policies and procedures.
