Qualificações

• Bachelor/Master in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on operations experience in precision machining or mechanical assembly.
• Proven track record leading a large manufacturing organization for 8+ years.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with ERP/MRP tools (D365, Oracle, SAP).
• Strategic leadership, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of lean manufacturing and its applications.
• Knowledge of production capacity and resource planning.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and improve assembly cleanroom processes including assembly, end-of-line testing and O-ring preparation/treatment.
• Balance flexible production capacity to meet market-driven lead times.
• Uphold safety rules and drive continuous improvement in operations.
