Job summary

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Diploma or higher required in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' manufacturing experience leading a technical team.
• Experience in metal stamping and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and align department objectives with policy and KPI.
• Strategize and monitor product movement for maximum throughput.
• Lead a team of production staff and drive improvements.
• Participate in new production processes and machinery setup with engineering.
• Observe processes to improve quality, efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance.
• Review cycle times to set output targets.
• Provide training and development for staff; support continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
