Maintain smooth production flow, focusing on high-quality output and on-time delivery.

Identify and understand causes of print imperfections; implement controls to minimize setup and operational waste.

Understand the production schedules to allocate labor resources effectively and track cost adjustments.

Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Analyze the monthly labor productivity report.

Ensure the timely completion of all improvement projects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechatronics / E&E / Mechanical Engineering / equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years working experience in manufacturing or printing industry.
• Proficient in Ms Office and ERP software.
