The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day production operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining efficient material flow across all production processes. This position requires strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between production teams and management to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing operations.
• Technical Skills:
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Other Requirements:
  • Forklift driving license or experience is an added advantage.
  • English, Malay and Mandarin speaking.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
  • Excellent communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Able to work independently with a positive attitude and high level of responsibility.
