About the role

As a Senior Production Executive at BERJAYA CKE GROUP, you will be responsible for supervising production operations to ensure products are made according to the quality standards and the required quantity on time at our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full‑time, permanent position that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities for commercial kitchen equipment and stainless steel fabrication.
• Prepare a weekly production planning schedule as per the production planning outline.
• Ensure all materials and parts are fully prepared and sufficient before starting production.
• Ensure production targets on quality, output, cost, and delivery are achieved according to schedule.
• Supervise and motivate production teams, including fabricators, welders, assemblers, and operators, to maintain high efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor material flow, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization to minimize downtime and wastage.
• Liaise with Production Planning, Quality Control, Procurement, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Implement and maintain compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations (ISO, 5S).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce cost, and optimise production processes.
• Prepare daily and monthly production performance reports for management review.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal fabrication or commercial kitchen equipment production.
• Strong technical knowledge in sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, proactive, and able to handle production challenges effectively.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a hands‑on factory environment and meet production deadlines.
• Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience.
