Job description

Responsibilities

• Implement production process requirements and control product quality during production.
• Execute work in accordance with production plans and complete all production tasks.
• Arrange personnel reasonably to improve production efficiency.
• Responsible for on-site 5S management and personnel safety discipline.

Equipment Responsibilities

• Regularly supervise and participate in preventive maintenance of battery production-related equipment according to the maintenance plan.
• Responsible for conducting PM skill training and rectification for process section MEs.
• Lubricate, adjust, and replace parts as needed to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Record maintenance activities, including inspection results, parts replaced, and any repair work performed.

Job Requirements

• Good execution and strong sense of responsibility, able to work under high pressure.
• Diploma or Degree in engineering majors (Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).
• 2-5 years of production and equipment management experience in large manufacturing enterprises.
• Strong team-building capabilities.
