We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to drive sales in the thriving medical market with our innovative range of products. This role offers unique opportunities to engage directly with medical professionals in operating theatres, enhancing your expertise and the impact of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Engage and Educate: Passionately introduce our portfolio of surgical equipment (capital and consumables) to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand the unique benefits and applications of our products.

Operating Theatre coverage: Participate in surgical procedures by demonstrating the correct operation of our equipment to operating theatre staff. You will provide real-time support and ensure that the medical team is fully trained in the use of our products.

Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong rapport with Key Opinion Leaders, fostering trust and collaboration to enhance product adoption.

Sales Follow-Up: Provide diligent follow-up throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.

Market Intelligence: Gather competitor insights and market intelligence to assist the Sales Manager in developing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

Educational Background: A degree or diploma in a science‑related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the medical devices industry, preferably within ENT, neuro, or surgical equipment.

Hands‑On Experience: Good to have experience in engaging in live surgeries and cadaver workshops.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); ability to convey complex medical information clearly and persuasively.

Mobility: Possession of a car for travel to client sites is essential.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
