• Own QA product/process health indicators and analyze failures.
• Involve in quality improvement projects.
• Responsible for technical evaluation and NPI support.

Skills

Experience managing quality related matters

Understanding mechanical drawing and GD&T

Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, e-drawing)

Basic SPC knowledge

Adaptable and flexible

Experience in high volume manufacturing and assembly test

Education

The role focuses on quality assurance and continuous improvement within a global manufacturing environment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Reporting to QA Manager.
• Assess and recommend improvements to the effectiveness and efficiency of QC procedures.
• Own QA product/process health indicators, dppm reports, and analyze QA/Test and Process failures to drive systematic corrective actions.
• Involve in cross‑functional teams for product quality and reliability improvement projects/changes in both start‑up and sustaining activities.
• Responsible for technical evaluation and NPI support.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics/Electronics.

Skills

• Experience managing quality related matters.
• Understand mechanical drawing and GD&T, CAD software (SolidWorks, e‑drawing).
• Basic SPC knowledge.
• Adaptable and flexible.
• Experience working in high volume manufacturing, and/or assembly test, SMT, environment.
