The Senior Product Owner (eWallet) will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our digital wallet platform. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact product initiatives that drive user growth, operational efficiency, revenue expansion, and compliance readiness. The Senior PO will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, mentor junior product members, and ensure successful product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and post‑launch optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Define the long‑term product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and regulatory landscapes.

Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, user needs, and resource capacity.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, emerging trends, and gaps.

Execution & Delivery

Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept, requirement definition, UX collaboration, development coordination, testing, and release.

Translate business and regulatory requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.

Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth feature delivery and post‑launch stability.

User Experience & Business Outcomes

Analyze product performance metrics and user data to continuously improve product usability, adoption, and retention.

Champion user‑centric decision‑making, ensuring features solve real customer needs and create measurable business impact.

Lead product experimentation, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including partners, payment networks, vendors, and regulators.

Lead product‑related discussions, status updates, and presentations with senior leadership.

Mentor and guide Associate and Junior Product Managers, supporting skill and competency development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in FinTech, digital payments, banking, or consumer digital platforms.

Proven experience in managing complex product deliveries in fast‑paced environments.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including negotiation and presentation.

Advanced understanding of digital payment ecosystems, eWallet flows, security, settlement/recon, risk & compliance.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics dashboards).

Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross‑functional teams.
