A leading staffing and outsourcing company in Malaysia is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join their Mobility team. The role involves driving user activation and product adoption through effective marketing strategies. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in product marketing, especially within tech or e-commerce sectors. Responsibilities include developing value propositions, leading customer insights research, and managing product launches. The ideal applicant should demonstrate strong project management skills and possess a hands-on approach to data-driven execution.
Working Duration: 6 months contract (Renewable)
Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 10am – 7pm.
Basic Salary: Up to RM 11,000
The Regional Product Marketing (PMM) team's purpose is to deliver tangible value to our customers through well-designed, discoverable products that solve pain points and smoothen friction in their daily experiences. We do this by understanding our customer and their needs, defining meaningful and unique value propositions that can be brought to life through product and communications, and by ensuring our users' voice is well‑represented at every step of the product development and go‑to‑market journey. Our team works hand in hand with Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations teams across 8 markets, focusing on the areas that matter most to our customers (consumers, drivers, merchants, agents, and partners).
This is an individual contributor role. You will be part of the Mobility PMM Team and be responsible for user activation and driving product adoption. You will learn what motivates users and feed these insights into product development to ensure world‑class products that meet consumer needs. You will also take these products to market, ensuring they reach the right audience with the right message, at the right time.
