Job description

Working Duration: 6 months contract (Renewable)

Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 10am – 7pm.

Basic Salary: Up to RM 11,000

About the Team

The Regional Product Marketing (PMM) team's purpose is to deliver tangible value to our customers through well-designed, discoverable products that solve pain points and smoothen friction in their daily experiences. We do this by understanding our customer and their needs, defining meaningful and unique value propositions that can be brought to life through product and communications, and by ensuring our users' voice is well‑represented at every step of the product development and go‑to‑market journey. Our team works hand in hand with Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations teams across 8 markets, focusing on the areas that matter most to our customers (consumers, drivers, merchants, agents, and partners).

Role Overview

This is an individual contributor role. You will be part of the Mobility PMM Team and be responsible for user activation and driving product adoption. You will learn what motivates users and feed these insights into product development to ensure world‑class products that meet consumer needs. You will also take these products to market, ensuring they reach the right audience with the right message, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop product value proposition and messaging rooted in insights, data, and creativity.
  • Lead or contribute to ongoing customer research and use insights to guide product and business teams on challenges and opportunities.
  • Input into the user journey: identify how the product works, the user experience, and potential pitfalls. Propose solutions to drive discovery, manage expectations, mitigate poor experiences, educate, or upsell as needed.
  • Manage go‑to‑market for new features and products, including product launches with regional and local teams, and drive product adoption among customers.
  • Measure product funnel and marketing success; recommend iterations and improvements for both product and communications.
  • Build close relationships with product managers, designers, regional marketing teams (performance, brand, PR), country marketing teams, operations, and customer support to execute product launches, iterations, and ongoing usage.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing or marketing.
  • Experience within tech, e‑commerce, consumer products (FMCG), or marketing agencies is a plus.
  • Led multi‑market or multi‑channel campaigns that delivered results.
  • Provided creative teams with inspiring briefs that led to notable outputs.
  • Created communications plans and frameworks to guide marketing efforts.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex timelines.
  • Hands‑on approach: comfortable digging through data and driving execution.
