Senior Product Marketing Executive (Projector)

The Senior Product Marketing Executive (Projectors) is responsible for driving the commercial success of the assigned projector portfolio through strong product ownership, go-to-market (GTM) leadership, and in-market execution.

This role leads GTM strategies, promotional planning, and retail storefront initiatives while working closely with regional HQ, sales, marketing, and channel partners to deliver sustainable growth and market competitiveness.

Key Accountabilities
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned projector categories (e.g. Home, Business, Education, Retail Signage).
  • Translate HQ product direction into locally relevant strategies, positioning, and pricing frameworks.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify portfolio gaps, opportunities, and risks.
  • Define product mix, roadmap recommendations, and exit strategies for underperforming models.
  • Drive annual business planning, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new product introductions, covering pricing, channel strategy, messaging, and launch timelines.
  • Lead synchronized online and offline launches, ensuring consistent messaging and execution across all touchpoints.
  • Define target segments, use‑case scenarios and key value propositions for each model.
  • Own post‑launch performance tracking and optimization.
Promotional & Campaign Planning
  • Plan and manage product‑driven promotional activities, including seasonal campaigns, bundle offers, rebates, and tactical pricing support.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and channel platforms.
  • Ensure promotions are aligned with business objectives, inventory health, and brand positioning.
  • Evaluate promotion effectiveness and ROI, recommending adjustments as needed.
Retail Storefront & In‑Store Execution
  • Lead product visibility and merchandising strategies for retail storefronts and experience zones.
  • Define demo concepts, planogram guidelines, POS materials, and experiential storytelling for projector displays.
  • Collaborate with sales and retail teams to ensure correct product placement, demo readiness, and staff product knowledge.
  • Drive consistency of in-store execution across key retail partners and monitor compliance.
  • Act as the primary product expert supporting sales teams, distributors, and key channel partners.
  • Develop sales toolkits, competitive comparison materials, demo scripts, and training programs.
  • Support key projects, tenders, and strategic opportunities with solution‑based product recommendations.
  • Partner with sales to manage sell‑in, sell‑through, and inventory planning.
Performance Tracking & Business Reporting
  • Monitor sales performance, market share, pricing trends, and competitive movements.
  • Prepare regular management reports, post‑launch reviews, and business performance updates.
  • Use data insights to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Key Job Requirements
Qualifications
  • Degree in any related field of studies e.g. Business Administration, Information.
  • Product Marketing – Plan & develop Go‑to‑Market Strategy, defining product's positioning and messaging and launching product and promotions to the market.
  • Market Analysis – Analyse, interpret and summarizing key points from research/sales reports in terms of market sizing, customer segments and buying patterns.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills – Ability to communicate, interact, and work well with individuals and groups. (E.g. across functional department)
  • Marketing program – Develop marketing programs to promote products to targeted customer segment in both online and offline platform to cultivate sales opportunity (E.g. Webinar, lead generation, social media marketing, sales promotion to end users and channel partners)

Critical Work Experience
  • Having minimum 4 years working experience in related field e.g. channel management, product marketing and end user engagement.
  • Experience in product management and product marketing.
  • Exposure to IT related industry, experience in projectors/audio visual industry will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure in handling marketing and advertising programs and activities.
