Job Responsibilities

• Define a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals. Manage the product backlog, ensuring robust prioritization and alignment.
• Navigate the complexities of a fintech product, including intricate business logic, intelligent matching algorithms, and managing external API integrations with lending partners.
• Handle the entire product lifecycle end-to-end. This includes everything from detailed UX/copy oversight and clear requirements definition (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) to knowing when to step in and push initiatives forward.
• Cultivate strong user empathy across borrowers, lenders, and internal users through continuous customer research and interviews. Skillfully juggle competing needs to meet company objectives.
• Set a high standard for execution and be able to articulate your vision, bringing cross-functional teams (Tech, Data, UX, Marketing) along with you.
• Manage multiple, simultaneous initiatives at various stages of the product lifecycle with a strong, self-starting, and action-oriented attitude.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Product Management role, preferably within a startup environment, with a minimum of 10 years of total professional work experience.
• A demonstrable, measurable track record of successfully delivering results in a dynamic environment, showcasing comfort with ambiguity and priority management.
• Must possess a high degree of ownership, agency, and a strong bias for action.
• Comfort discussing technical topics with engineers—such as APIs, system architecture, SEO, business logic, and sifting through database tables for data analysis.
