Senior Product Executive (Electrical Appliances)
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Executive to lead product category performance for our electrical and home appliances division.
You will play a key role in driving category profitability, supplier negotiation, and product strategy execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead category strategy and growth planning (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Drive pricing, margin, and product lifecycle strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Conduct detailed market & competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, rebates, and promotional support with suppliers.
- Oversee purchase planning and stock allocation across outlets.
- Work with Marketing & Sales to plan campaigns and trade promotions.
- Analyze category performance reports and make improvement recommendations.
- Guide and support junior product executives when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in product/category management, preferably in electrical/home appliances industry.
- Strong negotiation, commercial, and supplier management skills.
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
- Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Self‑driven, data‑focused, and able to lead initiatives independently.
