Job summary

A technology company located in Perak, Malaysia is seeking a qualified individual to support R&D NPI programs in product and process development. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and experience in PCBA and semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities include evaluating product performance and conducting data analysis. Knowledge of Zemax optical modeling and Mandarin speaking are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in New Product (NPI) qualifications and transfer.
• Experience in product and test equipment troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills, including Mandarin, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to R&D NPI programs in product and process development.
• Conduct data analysis and statistics on product performance and quality improvements.
• Evaluate product yield, cost, performance, and suitability for production.
