Overview

Zenyum is Asia’s largest growing personal care brand, transforming oral care from a chore into a Smile Cosmetics ritual. We sell teeth‑straightening Invisible Braces, the award‑winning ZenyumSonic toothbrush, and a range of Smile Cosmetics products through e‑commerce and physical stores.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Development and Innovation Executive you will:

• Build and scale our Smile Cosmetics portfolio by developing new smile and oral care innovations.
• Lead the product development process from ideation to global supply, including managing global supplier relationships.
• Experiment and establish clear product requirements via market research and internal and external stakeholder input.
• Ensure readiness of all plans from concept to commercialization; go‑to‑market and portfolio management; align closely with Design, Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Assure competitiveness and innovation of products and processes in line with the company’s vision.

Qualifications

We are looking for an ambitious Product Development and Innovation Senior Executive fit if you:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG, Product Development or related fields. Experience in consumer electronics or cosmetics strongly preferred.
• Background in Product Development, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Cosmetics/ Food Science, Industrial Design or Phygital Product Design.
• Business fluent in Chinese is a MUST.
• Are a strong communicator and project manager with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in parallel.
• Are highly structured, can work independently under pressure.
• Have an eye for design, an analytical mindset, and deeply care about building great customer experiences.
• Are passionately tuned into South East Asia’s consumers and can articulate what makes a great product.
• Understand that personal growth results from self‑awareness and coachability and bring both to the table.
• Enjoy engaging in a highly ambitious and international environment in the heart of the most dynamic digital region in the world.
• Entrepreneurial and interested in working in a VUCA startup environment.

Report to the Product Development and Innovation Lead and collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing and Operations teams.
