Job description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Development Senior Executive for our skincare and cosmetics product pipeline. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty innovation, with a strong understanding of consumer needs, market trends, and end-to-end product development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Full Product Lifecycle: Own the full development process of new products, including concept ideation, feasibility studies, formulation, packaging, launch planning, and post-launch performance review.
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Identify white space opportunities through deep analysis of market trends, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Quality Assurance—to ensure timely, cost-effective, and successful product development.
  • OEM/ODM Management: Partner with third-party manufacturers to source innovative formulations, review lab samples, conduct stability and safety tests, and finalize production-ready solutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet local and international regulatory standards (e.g., NPRA, ASEAN Cosmetic Directive), including full documentation, product registration, and claims substantiation.
  • Supplier Relations: Evaluate and manage existing suppliers while identifying new partners to enhance product quality, cost-efficiency, and innovation.
  • Innovation Leadership: Stay ahead of beauty industry innovations by attending trade shows, ingredient expos, and scientific conferences; propose cutting-edge ideas for new launches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in skincare, cosmetics, or personal care product development.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products to market.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
