About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines strong design craft with sharp product thinking. You’ll lead end-to-end initiatives across web and mobile, helping our clients define problems, shape design strategy, and deliver digital experiences that inspire trust and drive results.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to uncover user needs, frame opportunities, and bring clarity to complex journeys. You care deeply about visual quality and interaction precision, but you also know when to move fast to test, learn, and iterate.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultancy environment, comfortable switching between discovery, design, and delivery phases, and able to elevate both the product and the people around them.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery across multiple client projects and platforms.
• Translate ambiguous business or technical challenges into clear, human‑centered solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to define goals, frame problems, and influence product direction.
• Create high‑quality, scalable design systems and prototypes that balance clarity, usability, and aesthetics.
• Synthesize user insights, data, and feedback to inform design decisions and continuous improvement.
• Communicate design rationale effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to raising the design bar across the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing end‑to‑end digital products (web and mobile) within a fast‑paced or consultancy environment.
• Mastery of Figma (or equivalent) for design, prototyping, and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and data‑driven UX design principles.
• Ability to navigate complexity, designing intuitive workflows for data‑heavy or multi‑step processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong typography, hierarchy, and visual polish.
• Confident communicator who can present and defend design decisions with clarity and empathy.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable co‑creating with product, engineering, and client stakeholders.
