- Manage the full procurement process — from requisition to purchase order and delivery follow‑up. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and high‑quality goods/services.
- Develop and maintain strategic collaborations with key vendors to strengthen partnerships, encourage process innovation and support long‑term value creation.
- Identify opportunities for vendor development and capacity building to ensure sustainability and reliability of supply chains.
- Coordinate and lead meetings with the Procurement Approval Committee (PAC) for contractor selections and procurement decisions, ensuring proper documentation, evaluation, and compliance with internal policies.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper technical specification of building development procured items.
- Prepare documentation for tenders, quotations, and Procurement Committee approvals.
- Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records, ensuring timely payments and proper documentation.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and maintain an updated list of approved vendors.
- Continuously improve operations, adopt best procurement practices, streamline work processes, and work proactively with program and support departments.
- Support internal audits and recommend cost‑saving and process improvement strategies.
- Generate monthly procurement and supplier performance reports.
