Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd is a leading B2B travel wholesaler in Malaysia, specializing in providing customized travel packages to partners across the ASEAN region. As a key member of the operations team, the Senior Procurement Manager will lead the procurement function to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of travel-related services and products, including hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other partners, all while fostering strong supplier relationships.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Procurement Manager at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee procurement of travel-related products and services (hotels, airlines, transport, ground services, etc.).
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency, quality, and service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain strong supplier relationships, including negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align procurement with business and customer needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and suitable travel products.
  • Lead, guide, and develop the procurement team to ensure high performance.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (travel/tourism industry preferred).
  • Proven experience in sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management.
  • Hands‑on exposure in sourcing travel‑related products, with the ability to handle at least 30 product samples or quotations per week.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and procurement systems.
  • Strong market awareness of travel products, suppliers, and B2B industry trends.
