Job summary

A leading energy company is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager in Johor to oversee the procurement lifecycle and manage supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 10–15 years of experience in procurement within the oil & gas or marine industry. Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement processes are essential. This position involves significant coordination with project management and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
• Experience in oil & gas, marine, or EPC/EPCI industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire procurement lifecycle.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Manage procurement for EPC/EPCI projects.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial terms with suppliers.
