🕓 Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Handle the company’s daily procurement activities according to project and business requirements.
• Search and source for suitable materials, products, and suppliers based on project needs.
• Deal, communicate, and negotiate with suppliers for pricing, lead time, and delivery schedule.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery notes, and other related procurement documents.
• Coordinate shipment, delivery, and logistics to ensure materials reach sites on time.
• Maintain supplier records and ensure vendor information is updated and accurate.
• Follow up closely with suppliers to ensure punctual delivery and solve any supply issues.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policy and management requirements.
• Work closely with China headquarters and follow company procedures and workflow style.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of procurement experience in the construction industry.
• Must understand procurement process and have own supplier or sourcing channels.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with China management team.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Must own a laptop and be familiar with Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently with a proactive attitude.
• Able to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure.
• Chinese candidate preferred (due to communication requirements with China team).
• Meal provided.
