Job description

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily process sustaining such as slug preparation, recipe tuning & regular anko
• Attend to process deviation such as SPC, CBM violation
• Dispose material disposition according to OCAP
• Support process engineers with various engineering projects in the area of cost & quality improvement, line stability, tool qualification
• Perform good housekeeping 5S practice at work areas including managing all types of process wafers to be used as ANKO

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing in related industry such as semiconductor, solar or electronic industry
• Must be able to work in 12 hours rotating shift
• Must be able to support off-day overtime (OT) when required
