Senior Process Improvement Manager (Manufacturing Efficiency & AI Innovation)

In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end process optimization — from identifying bottlenecks to implementing cutting‑edge solutions using Lean, Six Sigma, AI tools, and automation technologies. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance machine performance, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Do:

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other improvement initiatives to boost productivity, reduce waste, and optimize performance.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
• Develop, monitor, and drive KPIs focused on quality, efficiency, cost, and uptime.

Operational Efficiency & Smart Manufacturing

• Identify and execute cost‑saving and energy‑efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve process challenges.
• Explore and deploy AI‑powered tools, digital solutions, or automation systems to enhance decision‑making and process control.
• Source and collaborate with external technology vendors to implement innovative manufacturing solutions.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure continuous competitiveness.
