Job summary

A leading technology services company is seeking a Senior Process Executive to manage customer and project master data creation, support audits, and drive process improvements. Candidates should have 1-2 years of BPO experience preferably in Retail/CPG, and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems like SAP is required.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail/CPG Industry.
• Hands-on experience in working on Order to Cash process.
• Experience in working on ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform Customer & Project Master Data creation / amendment.
• Manage Service Performance Review.
• Support monthly or yearly audit testing.
• Manage / monitor query resolution related to Master Data.
• Participate in UAT as needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements.

Skills

Order to Cash process knowledge

Experience in BPO

Proficient in MS Excel

Experience with ERP systems (SAP)

Education

Job Requirements
