Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing process field.
• Experience with laser soldering and wave soldering processes is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain laser soldering and selective wave soldering processes.
• Lead process characterization and root cause analysis for yield and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to support NPI and mass production.
