Job description

Closely working on Production process by monitoring daily output, product quality according to specification and fulfilling delivery schedule on time.

Monitor and control routine production operations in terms of raw material usage, manpower arrangement, disciplinary related issue and safety related work at Production area.

Coordinate and work closely with counternart Department (Sheet Finishing, Maintenance, Electrical, Safety & Health, Quality Control, Human Resource, Purchasing and Production Control) in the routine production process.

Coordinate and lead Small Group for improvement activities at Sheet Machine process and ensure all the expected deadline are met.

Prepare related reports or presentation on the performance for Sheet Machines and Corrective actions plan for further improvement.

• Non allergic to alkaline process water
• Non allergic to dusty and hot working environment
• Working for on call basis (24 hours) during production process
• Able to handle subordinates effectively (>30 headcount)
• Show good example in terms of discipline, work passion and knowledge to subordinates.
