Job summary
Schneider Electric is seeking a Lead Engineer Power Infrastructure to drive technical delivery for hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects. You will own the technical solution from tender to completion, coordinating across factories, suppliers, and engineering centres to ensure compliant, reliable, and Sustainable designs.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience leading technical scopes, engineering work packages, or major customer projects.
- Experience delivering projects within data centres, cloud, hyperscale, colocation or mission-critical environments.
- Proven ability to develop technical proposals and support complex electrical infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of technical solutions for major data centre opportunities.
- Analyse customer requirements to develop compliant and optimised power infrastructure solutions.
- Support tender development through technical reviews and risk assessments.
- Act as the technical owner for projects from handover to completion.
- Coordinate engineering activities across factories, suppliers, and project teams.
- Review and approve detailed engineering deliverables for compliance with standards.
- Provide technical leadership during manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and project closeout.
