What You’ll Do

• Lead MIPR6 progress updates – manage the full process from data collection and verification to inputting in MIP, calculating progress across multiple calibers, preparing reports, and compiling supporting documents for MRL review.
• Coordinate monthly MIP updates, ensuring all reports and presentations are accurate, timely, and insightful.
• Guide site planners in developing DIPs and ensure full compliance with project and organizational standards.
• Handle ad‑hoc planning, monitoring and reporting tasks as required to keep projects on schedule and aligned with objectives.
• Share planning insights, data‑driven observations & best practices to enhance team efficiency and overall project performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within large‑scale infrastructure projects such as construction / railway / operation & maintenance.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time‑management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
• A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Immediate availability or short notice period will be added advantage.
