Job summary

M Lab Physio is opening a new Melaka branch and seeks a Senior Physiotherapist to manage a sports and post-operative caseload, helping shape daily operations and build referral networks. The role offers a clear path to clinic leadership as the branch grows and works with elite athletes through our network.

Applicants should have a physiotherapy degree, MAHPC registration, and at least 5 years of clinical experience in sports or orthopaedic rehab, with strong independent-working and communication

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
• Current MAHPC registration.
• 5+ years' clinical experience, with interest/experience in sports and/or post-op orthopaedic rehab.
• Strong communicator, confident working independently.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Melaka.

The role

Manage a caseload of sports injury and post-operative orthopaedic patients (ACL, TKA/THA and similar), help shape the Melaka branch's day-to-day operations, and build relationships with referring surgeons and allied health professionals. Opportunity to progress into a full clinic leadership role as the branch grows, with exposure to elite and world-class athletes referred through our network.

About you

Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution

Current MAHPC registration

5+ years' clinical experience, with interest/experience in sports and/or post-op orthopaedic rehab
