The Senior Physiotherapist will be responsible for managing complex cases, mentoring junior physiotherapists, maintaining high clinical standards, and contributing to the growth and development of the clinic.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, consultations, and physiotherapy treatments.

Develop evidence-based treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes to ensure optimal recovery.

Manage and oversee complex clinical cases while providing guidance to junior physiotherapists.

Supervise, mentor, and support junior physiotherapists in their clinical development and daily practice.

Review and monitor patient documentation, treatment records, and clinical reports prepared by junior staff.

Monitor the clinical performance, productivity, and professional development of junior physiotherapists.

Ensure all treatments are delivered according to the clinic's clinical standards and best practices.

Requirements
