Your Role / 你的职责：

• Analyze game platform backend function requirements & design technical solution (分析 游戏平台后端功能需求，设计技术解决方案)
• Develop & maintain high-performance backend systems (开发 & 维护 高性能后端系统，确保平台稳定高效运行)
• Ensure code quality by setting coding standards & best practices (规范代码质量，制定编码标准 & 最佳实践)
• Optimize performance to enhance user experience (优化系统性能，不断提升用户体验)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation (跨团队合作，推动产品创新)

What We’re Looking For / 我们希望你具备：

• Fluent in Mandarin and to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates (流利的普通话，需要与普通话团队成员沟通)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields (IT相关专业本科及以上学历)
• 5+ years of backend development experience, gaming industry experience is a plus! (5年以上后端开发经验，有游戏行业经验优先)
• Strong PHP skills, proficient in the Swoole framework (PHP 基础扎实，熟练掌握 Swoole 框架)
• Deep knowledge of MySQL with database optimization expertise (熟悉 MySQL，具备数据库优化能力，能优化慢查询 SQL)
• Experience with Redis & caching techniques (熟悉 Redis，有一定的缓存应用经验)
• Familiar with message queues - RabbitMQ, Kafka, Pulsar (掌握 RabbitMQ/Kafka/Pulsar 等消息队列之一)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills (良好的沟通能力 & 团队合作精神，责任心强)
• Must have full working rights in Malaysia/Malaysian only（仅限马来西亚公民）
