Job summary

EVO Gym in Klang is seeking a serious fitness coach to join a focused team serving adults 40+. You will run 1-on-1 and small-group sessions, design joint-friendly programmes, and track client progress while staying committed to building long-term results.

We offer mentorship from the founder, weekly in-house workshops, and a compensation package with base pay plus commission. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring full commitment to EVO with no outside employment.

Qualifications

• ACE/NASM/ISSA certification or Diploma/Degree in Sports Science.
• Minimum 1 year personal training experience.
• Full-time availability in Klang.
• Full commitment to EVO, no outside employment during tenure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 and small group sessions (max 3 pax).
• Design and deliver safe, joint-friendly programmes for adults 40+.
• Support clients via WhatsApp check-ins, habits, progress tracking.
• Report client progress weekly to the team.
• Attend weekly in-house coaching workshops to upskill continuously.
